Open 5:00 am to 12 midnight 7 days a week (Other than Exercise/Aerobics Rooms)
Party Room
The Party Room may be booked by residents for a fee. See picture of the Party Room. Book your party room event in advance with the Property Manager during business hours Monday to Friday. You will need to sign a usage agreement and provide a post dated security deposit cheque in the amount of $500.00, that will be returned to you upon completion of a clear damage inspection. There is also a usage fee of $100.00, payable by cheque in advance. Depending on the number of guests, you will also need to pay for the services of a security guard for your event which is $27/ hour. Please ensure those booking the party room read and complete the agreement.
Guest Suites
Three Guest Suites are available for residents to book for their guests. See an example suite. You will need to sign a usage agreement and provide a $300.00 security deposit. Current room charges are $75.00 per night, seven night maximum. The Guest Suites reservation form can be obtained here.
Card Room
The Card Room is available for exclusive use by residents for a fee. See picture of the Card Room. You will need to sign a usage agreement and provide a $300.00 security deposit. Current room charges are $50.00 per event..
Virtual Golf
Book time through the Building Concierge (8 am through 12 pm 7 days a week.) First time users will need to arrange with the Concierge to be oriented on usage and rules in advance. There is no charge. See picture of the Virtual Golf Room.
Billiards
Book time through the Building Concierge (5 am through 11 pm 7 days a week.) Booking residents sign an agreement and are issued billiard balls that must be returned to the Concierge. There is no charge. See picture of the Billiards Room.
Exercise Room
Open 24 hours 7 days a week. See picture of Exercise Room. There is no charge..
Aerobics Room
Open 24 hours 7 days a week. See picture of Aerobics Room. There is no charge.
Swimming Pool and Whirlpool
Open 5 a.m. to 12 midnight 7 days a week:
5 am – 10 am: Adults only, 10 am – 12 noon: Family
12 pm – 1 pm: Adults only, 1 pm – 9 pm: Family
9 pm – 12 midnight: Adults only.

Meeting Rooms
There are two board/meeting rooms that may be booked by residents for small business meetings. Notify the Concierge when the meeting is over to secure the room. The cost of any necessary repairs for damage that occurs during your use of the room will be billed to your suite. There is no room charge. See pictures.
Moves
All service elevator bookings are arranged in advance with the Building Concierge. A refundable moving security deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable by certified cheque or money order is required at time of booking. All moves must use the service elevator and be conducted thorough the rear service doors. All moves in or out must be between the hours of:
8 am and 8 pm, Monday through Friday
9 am and 5 pm, Saturday and Sunday.
No moves on Statutory Holidays.
Notify the Concierge when the move has been completed to arrange for a quick damage inspection.
Deliveries
All deliveries of sizable items, such as furniture or appliances are to be booked with the Building Concierge who will arrange for the service elevator to be put on service. All deliveries are to be conducted through the rear service doors.
Delivery hours are: 8 am through 8 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Notify the Concierge when the delivery has been completed to arrange for a quick damage inspection. The cost of any repairs as a result of the delivery will be billed to your suite. Book at the Building Concierge.
Barbeques
Two barbeques located at the gazebo are available for residents during the summer months. Book the barbeques through CondoControlCentral, obtain instructions and tools from the Building Concierge.
Visitor Overnight Parking
Visitors who wish to park overnight (2 am to 7 am) must obtain a parking pass from the Building Concierge. Any cars parked in Visitors parking between 2 am and 7 am without an overnight pass visibly displayed on the dashboard will be ticketed and or towed. There is a three night maximum for overnight visitor parking. Obtain longer term parking permits through the Management Office. No residents may park in Visitor parking at any time, and are subject to towing and ticketing at any time.
Visitor Long Term Parking
Residents may arrange for available long term Visitor parking located on P2. Residents must register the visitor and vehicle with the Management Office. Any cars without a long term pass displayed on the dashboard parked in long term Visitors parking will be ticketed and or towed. No residents may park in long term Visitor parking at any time, and are subject to towing and ticketing at any time.
