Welcome

The Corporation is currently using CondoControlCentral to communicate electronically with you and other owners / residents.  The website contains the secure area that will be the primary means for communicating important notices, such as events and announcements, as well as allowing you to submit service requests.  For owners, it also provides access to confidential condominium documents such as your annual budget, meeting notices and minutes.  We are requesting that you all become familiar with the site, as we believe it will significantly enhance your condo experience. For any service requests, amenity bookings, and account updates, please update through CondoControlCentral. If you are a new resident, please reach out to the property management office to get setup for a one-time registration process.

A website dedicated to the residents of TSCC #1577 and TSCC #1723 . Find us on Google Maps.

Essex 1 (Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation #1577) and Essex 2 (Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation #1723) are independent residential condominium towers, with shared amenities governed by a Shared Facilities Agreement.

The Essex site is served by an adjacent public park to the east, currently referred to as Six Points Park.

Usage of Six Points Park is subject to rules established by the City of Toronto. For example, without a permit, no person is to enter or gather in the park between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.

For the convenience of Essex residents, a simplified list of the rules deemed applicable to Six Points Park is available here.

Across Viking Lane to the south are our three neighbours, NUVO 1 and NUVO 2, two separate corporations, also with shared amenities governed by a Shared Facilities Agreement. Parc Nuvo is the fifth separate residential condominium corporation sharing the Essex site. All five corporations are contractually obligated in the maintenance of Viking Lane as a public thoroughfare, through a Shared Roadway/Walkway Agreement. All five buildings were built by Tridel.

The sixth building is a mix of rental and retail, with Farm Boy occupying the second floor.

Essex 1 is located at 5229 Dundas Street West, Etobicoke, Ontario, with 234 suites. Essex 1 was registered January 9, 2004 with the Turnover Meeting conducted in April 7, 2004.

Essex 2 is located at 5233 Dundas Street West, Etobicoke, Ontario, with 314 suites. Essex 2 was registered November 18, 2005, with the Turnover Meeting conducted in January 30, 2006.

See location map.

The Essex is blessed with a host of amenities. Most are located on the P1 level, as shown on the amenities tab. Barbeque is located in the gazebo to the rear of Essex 1.

Visitor Parking is at street level between Essex 1 and Essex 2, and on the P1 level of Essex 1 and Essex 2, accessible from Dundas Street and exiting onto Viking Lane to the area of Essex 2.
